I’m writting this complaint after hundreds of call at Airtel service center in reference to my number: 9873500787 in name of SAMRITY SHARMA.
In the month of July I had deposited 16,000/- in order to operate my black bill since I stay in Dubai. On call they told me it’s activated.
However immediately after one month i received the bill and they informed that I’ve activated some data pack from my end and now I have to pay another 18,000 as my due. It’s to be noted that firstly I was not in Dubai in that time span so there’s no question of usage of data pack and secondly, if i were so equipped to access a pack from my end, I would’ve never called the service centre at the first place.
After multiple visit to the VI store and non stop calls at the service centre since past one month, I have dealt with enough harassment and threats of shutting my number. They didn’t even bother to stop that pack even if it was activated. They said they have closed the complaint saying I’ve used the pack without listening or finding a viable solution
It’s not possible and why should I pay for someone else’s mistakes ? Your staff should be scrutinized not me. I’m beyond annoyed with whole Vodaphone department and want to take strict legal action possible. I’m a mother of two and my pocket doesn’t allow to pay such huge amounts for your departmental mistake.
I’ve never felt so helpless, threatened and harassed. Airtel staff is rude, mean and I’ll mannered. Hardly any positive response.
They are charging me every month without listening to my complaints and my bill is more than 35000 now please help.
