Hello ,
I have been harassed by Airtel asking me to provide a letter from a company that has shut down 20yrs ago .This is how it started ,I went to an Airtel store to replace my damaged SIM which they refused claiming it was in my company’s name and I need to provide a letter .Sadly this company has shut down 20yrs ago so I told them a letter from such a company is not possible due to its closure .They still insist I bring a letter for SIM replacement.
There seems no solution Sadly.
What can be done here .
