We Bought a TV from Flipkart – Dyanora Branch 43inches TV , from the moment the TV was installed it was started giving problem.. Now within 6 months TV Remote and TV is not Pairing and we are facing problem and there is no Provision for Manual option in the TV.. We contacted Flipkart Team but no response and they telling us to deal this issue with Dyanora company directly as they no where involved in this issue and not getting proper response from Dyanora company as well.. As s customer we are struggling to solve this issue and people from flipkart & Dyanora just like that they are ignoring the issue.. We bought TV from Flipkart only so they has to help us right ?? .. I was struggling with this issue for past 1 month.. I want replacement of good TV or Refund of my entire money ASAP.. There is no Proper arrangement for Technicians.. Useless brand.. Dont ever buy this kind of brands in Online
