Today September 20, 2020 – I called Videocon Customer care no. 9115691156 regarding the less validity of 7 days received against my monthly package amount on my Customer ID no. 47603743.
My Customer ID is 47603743 and I have taken a package of Rs. 383 per month and if I have recharged on 27th August, 2020 how I am getting a validity of only 23 days instead of 30 days. I called D2H Customer Care number 9115691156 and they are just not helpful at all. D2H Customer care representative is saying that due to Covid 19 they are not having resources but does that mean customers should suffer like this that too every month. They are disconnecting their service before time and earning money from innocent people like this.
