I’m working from home . And there is no other source of income for our family. And i have complained many times to jio customer care but they have not followed the process. And due covid 19 pandemic I’m not able to work from home . And i need to go to some remote place in order to get internet. but my im getting internet if i move 1km from my home .So i may loose my job now. im not getting internet sir please help me . the network is very inconsistent. I have complained to many jio customer care but no one have continued the process. it is my right to ask for correct internet service because i pay same as the people who have good network connection. please see into it.
