Text of Complaint by Mayukh Sengupta:

I have a valid recharge which is done on: 19/10/2020, Recharge amount 151, my main account balance is 110+, but still i can’t call to non jio numbers.
Jio Customer care executive said 151 Recharge is only for data balance, & don’t have the permission to call or sms without any validity recharge.

But it’s not mentioned in on the 151 recharge plan details. So as a customer how can I get this information?

I want my money back or open my other number call option, I have enough balance to call.
