Hi,
I am an Airtel customer and have recharged with 56 days package 47 days ago. The package says that internet data is 1.5 GB every day, but i hardly use 1.5 GB in a day. What i have observed in the past few months that though data package has few days left to get expired, internet data balance has shown nill and this has surprised me couple of times. Now I have 9 days left for my current package to get expired and i am supposed to have leftover data balance nearly 14GB, but to my surprise current data balance is zero. Why then package details says 1.5 GB data is per day when same service is not being rendered by Airtel with honesty. This is cheating and unacceptable.
