This is the most unprofessional behaviour I have seen from any company till date.
I took an education loan from this company of Rs 17K in year of 2021, and i cleared all my payment dues till May 2022.
Suddenly after 1 year that is in May 2023, I started getting harassment calls from this company to pay my outstanding balance of 3 EMI.And if I failed to do so, they will make me pay 17k once again.
I shared the same complaint of their mail which got unresponsive for many days.
They didn’t replied to my email.
So i called their customer care representative for support. They said they raise NOC for me.
But today all of a sudden they automatically debited my money from my account without informing me.
Attached are the documents for the same.
Please help me get my hard earn money back.
