I have order lenovo laptop from flipkart . And got delivered on 19 oct . It had a sound cracking problem in the laptop. I had claim return to flipkart .and they are not sent any technician and closed the ticket. After than I called lenovo service person. Came and checked and found that . Laptop had 8 GB Ram only in the laptop. And addition local part of ram was inserted in the laptop . From flipkart . I have attached the service report. From lenovo service person
