Text of Complaint by Rajesh Dhuri:

1. I have paid complete amount on 21st August 2020 with order numbers, 4296035090 and 4296033257 to Lenovo India using their portal lenovo.com/in/en/pc.
2. Even after 10 days the package is not even shipped.
3. The order page link for given orders, has been removed by Lenovo portal.
3. IVR service is disabled, and no call is received by Post Sales department.
4. Sales department is not providing satisfactory answers. I have been promised by sales team for callback, twice, but it was a fake.
5. My question about when my warranty is getting started, if product is not even dispatched, is unanswered.
6. I have, so far, sent two reminders to Lenovo india on [email protected]. Lenovo has not provided any answer to them.
7. The whole scenario appears to be complete fraud by Lenovo India and adding to my mental trauma. I already have warned about legal proceedings and it appears like Lenovo is not worried of law in India. I expect satisfactory answer about dispatch, delivery, and warranty start date, if dispatch of goods is delayed by Lenovo.
