Lenovo selling faulty products and Lenovo brand products don’t last longer, within 1 year motherboard, battery, display issues service center will not give service besides, Lenovo service center earns money just by increasing much more product issues through their crap activities, name sake software updates just to corrupt the working devices, please request so-called Lenovo brand CEO to stop selling these blunder launch faulty Lenovo brand products that don’t even last 1 year Lenovo Company and Bright Infocom name sake authorized service center please don’t deceive the customers’ trust, this is not the way of doing business to earn money by charging lump sum amount for faulty products, customers are not fools to invest huge amount for buying Lenovo faulty items in the market, you are requested to bring up this major concern to your upper management Lenovo CEO and kindly make sure your resolution truly reflect the sense of the action taken by so-called Lenovo Brand. What service are you providing to customers? What you guys have done? Bright Infocom don’t give free advices to the customers to buy brand-new phones saddest part is Lenovo would still continue to sell their blunder faulty products on the other hand, first of all Bright Infocom authorized service center is not giving service, Lenovo Company and Bright Infocom together doing absolutely fraud business, lenovo will sell faulty products in the market & you guys charge lum sum amount and playing with the customers simply without providing any sort of resolutions other than free advices to go for/purchase brand-new phones. First of all, why Lenovo Brand Phones/Tabs keep hanging? and don’t last longer? Why do we need to really go for brand new tab/phones purchase every year? Is there any protocol as such whoever buys Lenovo Brand products? Why Lenovo staff advising to go for brand-new phone/tab purchase? Battery/Display/Motherboard issues would arise within a year? We don’t accept these products launch blunders, Lenovo CEO and Bright Infocom the day is very near you must shutdown your business, you guys will not survive for longer if you play with the customers in this way, post software update my tablet is inoperative Lenovo Company CEO and so-called Bright Infocom Lenovo Authorized Service Center Upper Management is highly responsible in providing an appropriate resolution and right justice for the loss other wise you have to shutdown your business immediately, customers are not fools to encourage your fraud blunder launch products and pathetic, poor quality customer service all the time
