Frankly speaking – Very bad response from your end,
Just now spoke to your customer care (Premium: 1800-121-9339) . I don’t know why the name was given Premium when there was a proper response .
Customer care is saying I should go to the service zone, collect my laptop and do online video or photo for examination. Do I look like a joker to you ?
totally three time i visited the service zone – How many times should I waste my time and money on this issue ? I have lost all data everything in my laptop twice – but nothing has been solved at the service zone
Customer care only instructed me to visit the service because they were not able to solve the problem through call and guidance. Finally I gave the laptop to service – Nothing was solved and again went to service facing the same problem .
Now I need to conclusion whether this problem can be solved or not . I’m ready to file a case and ask for compensation .
