I have ordered Lenova Laptop on 1st June 2022 and received worst laptop on 6th June ( battery , brightness, volume and without warranty card ), I’ve noticed and same day I’ve placed replacement order/refund.
Now, Flipkart has started a drama about Cheating customers. from 6th June everyday Filpkart support team started calling me saying that “sorry for inconvenience and your issue will resolve tomorrow(everyday at least 2 calls)”, Also convey that “Lenova vendor visit doorstep to verify laptop before 20th June”.
On 12th June I talked with customer care people twice but in the evening surprisely they closed my replacement request stating that “my phone is not reachable” ( not sure why they are trying to reach me after two calls). After checking the Flipkart portal I immediately called the customer case and they apologized and said the refund request will be processed soon.
Today customer care people said that ” as one week got completed and they can’t process my refund/replacement request ” and I need to talk with the Lenova team for further issues.
Now tell me , what to do ?
Please take your 2nd hand laptop from me and refund my money ASAP.
