I have had the same issue as a previous complainant.
I have been trying to get in touch with Lenditt from before my EMI date to inform that my salary is delayed but nobody responded.
After the emi bounced, Lenditt started calling me and I told them I want to speak to a senior manager as I didnt want to talk to 10 people in a day and explain the same issue.
They were highly unresponsive, and Haider Ali, the guy I was speaking to from Lenditt was only concerned about getting our talk recorded. He was not letting me speak or explain anything and just kept asking me to confirm if I will not make the payment until I speak to a manager, which was not the case.
I had been offered to make a part payment which I agreed to but wanted to speak to a senior manager first, because once I made the payment, they would be unresponsive and unbothered again.
Also, he seemed to be extremely adamant on not letting me talk to a senior manager which was suspicious.
To me also, they threaten coming to my office and home and dont speak properly at all.
