I have taken Dhani loan from the lender’s Android application on 12th august 2020 for 14850 and Monthly EMI was 347 for 6 months. For starting 5 months lender deducted EMI on time from my bank account on every 5th date of the month. And in march 2021 total amount including principal amount was 15145 which was not debited by the lender on 5th march 2021 due date. And did not inform anything about non deduction. Then later on 7th march it requested to pay rs 347 by payment link which i have paid on 7th march 2021. But then again on 20th march Rs 347 was deducted from my bank account. Same thing happened on 23rd april 2021, 16th may 2021 and 21st may 2021.
Then on 24th may 2021 lender asked to pay Rs 12357 for foreclosure of account which was paid by me on 26th may 2021. But now in june month lender showing my account as active and not issuing NOC but also demanding more rupees 2845 without any reason. This is simply loot towards the consumer. Kindly help. I have all the documentary evidences.
