I had placed my order for a fully stitched zari lehenga costing me 3210/- .I had opted for COD payment option. they had also agreed for a return in case i didnt like the product.
once i placed my order they told me that i will receive the product in 5-7 working days, but when i received the product, it was not the one i ordered (it was of a very cheap quality) and also it was unstitched and the delivery agent refused to take it back with him.
please help me to report this scam and get my money back
