NDC Status: Following this payment, PayU Finance issued a No Due Certificate (NDC) on 28 February 2026, certifying a Zero Balance.
2. Evidence of Ongoing System Failure & Harassment
Despite the legal closure of this account:
Fraudulent Demand: On 18 March 2026 at 6:20 PM, I received an automated alert for ₹167.15.
Illegal Penalty Threats: The alert specifically threatens “penalties” if not paid by today, for a period starting March 1st—well after the NDC was issued.
Credit Impact: This “ghost balance” is being reported as an “Overdue” status to CIBIL/Experian, causing a severe drop in my credit score and damaging the financial standing of my firm, Navodit Traders.
3. Final Demands for Redressal
I hereby demand the following within 24 hours:
System Sync: Manually reconcile UPI ID 642367025037 and update the LazyPay app to show a ₹0 balance.
CIBIL Correction: Submit an urgent “Data Correction Request” to all credit bureaus to delete any negative flags recorded after 26 Feb 2026.
Provide Proof: Share the Service Request (SR) Number for the bureau correction.
Cease Harassment: Immediate termination of all automated debt-collection triggers.
