Dear Sir / Madam,
I Approached Legal Fourm over phone by finding on internet contacted Ms.Haritha – Case Manager Legal Forum Address RMZ Millenia Business Park, No-143, M.G.R Road, Phase, 2, Level-6, Kandancavadi, Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600096. 91 080-68415970.
Explained over phone to her regarding fraud by Data Jobs India not paid my salary as well as refund amount. she promised nothing to worry you will get full refund alongwith salary + paid amount + fee paid to legal chages also get paid by Company. Based of trust and guarantee I had paid Rs.824/- towards legal fee against invoice issued for paid amount, next day onward asked for draft of notice no response she as not prepared any legal notice to issue to data jobs india just to make quick mone she as prepare fake invoice, collected money from me.
I have deeply observe Phone number what she is given is bangalore one not chennai by this we can make out she is making money without knowledge of chennai branch by issuing fake invoice and not raising legal notice to client.
Attached proof of invoice she issued for payment paid request to take sever action and recover my money with my time wastage + internet charges from Legal Foruu
