1. My company startup named as VINI THE POWER OF GREEN ENERGY OPC PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY has bought Led lighting from a Delhi NCR based company named as Otexlite trading approximate amount of purchase is about 3lakhs of total amount with our own brand name against one year warranties but the material we have supplied is of third class quality due to this activity from Otexlite trading my startup suffered alot the company named as otexlite trading refusing of taken this material back and also some of my company employees resigned due to this material intake almost all of my startup vendors are also suffeeing with this bad material now when we talked to owner of otexlite trading he just refused us to change this material. My startup lost its initial diginity as Pardeep ji the owner of Some hotels in Delhi NCR is just intermixing things we have to move to consumer complaint court our all promotional materials and recruitment expanditure fails due to otexlite trading
2. We also have to take some advance money from this company as per bank statement records and bills allotted to us under gst.
3. New startups if suffered this kind of problems then how new startups can survive furthermore in India
4. We need all our extra money from otexlite trading
5. We need all our warranties exchanged with new good quality products
6. We need our expenses from this company wasted in empyoyment
7. We need our customer base wastage fines
