I have bought a mitashi curved 38.5 inch tv from flipkart when i got a tv from day 1 are used to call to the customer care of flipkart they asked me to call mitashi customer care service I have made a call they send a person to my place they are not able to find out the problem video was lacking and clarity was not the voice problem was there TV get automatically shutdown there was all this problem they told they will change a motherboard they have done that also then they replaced the TV then also I found same problem again I called customer care and they said that the software is not compatible as this is manufacturing fault in the version of tv i got and now they are asking me to pay 10000rs extra for a different tv but why should i pay more for a manufacturing defect. So please help and get a resolution to this asap. As i am waiting since 3 months. Now will get this to consumer court
