I’ve purchased Nexus (40 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV from Mitesh Patel kudsana dist Gadhinagar on 23-02-2022 for which 1 year domestic warranty and 1 years on panel is there.. Since there was an issue in display I’ve raised complaint to Nexus on the same on 18-09-2022 going Technician home and checked the device and told there is complaint in display and he has communicated this issue to Mitesh Patel . Till now issue is not resolved. Since it is a smart tv only I have taken internet subscription for which monthly subscription charges are paid. Besides other subscription charges are also loss for me such as Netflix, Amazon prime, Hotstar…. No response was there from company’s side to clear my issue. I have waited for more than two months. Company needs to get the issue resolved and compensate me the losses I suffered. If not possible to resolve the issue please replace the product by fresh one. Court please interfere in this issue because all of them will be fed up after calling & msg 10 times and this is clearly exploited by the sellers
