I got WhatsApp msg regarding earning from home, so curious about it I started to follow accordingly msg from Isha Patel ,+91 92746 83828 she said she is the HR of Learn N Earn. And asked me to send my Aadhaar card photo and one Selfie. And they created agreement without my knowledge and consent and they have forged my signature. And when I came to know about thier company scam and fraud i mailed them to cancel my application on 11th May, there’s no response from them regarding this. Now suddenly they mailed and asking for to pay amount of 5999/- + GST, i didn’t use any of their course. And now Mr Nirav Patel +91 90332 31340, telling he’s from Consumer Commission department, asking me to pay 44,079/- ( this includes conveyance, legal advisor, their fees ) and threating to legally take action which I didn’t opted.
Kindly help me to resolve this ASAP.
