*A complaint has been registered against you in the consumer court. You have done the registration in learn n Earn Company. Company has send you classes link and earning websites on your what’s app. You have signed the government of Gujarat authorised legal affidavit according to which you have to pay the fees of company of ₹5999+Gst total amount ₹7079/- But you haven’t paid the fees of company even after signing the legal affidavit by which you have submitted the false statement of an legal document which comes under criminal offense. Due to which your legal proceedings is going to initiate for the breach of legal affidavit case in the consumer court.

Learn and earn is a big scam they are thertening me to pay the amount and also a case is being registered me in surat comsumer departement . Asking me to pay 6000 or else the fine will be 60000.
First these people said that they will provide the work and there will be no registration charges.
And after registering they are saying there is only one time learning fees of 6000 . They said it after registering and said that you be provided work for 6-7 days so then you can pay from the salary , but insted of sending the work they sent me some learning courses and when i was trying to attend the courses they didn’t even allow me to attend me for 5 days later just first day i have attended , Later i got an email regarding consumer notice that i havent paid the fees.
Then what did you after the case filed did they called you, did you really get legal notice …..
I’m also a victim of their scam my parents supported me, main toh depression mein thi ki ye maine kya kar diya.

Ha mughe bhi learn &earn me se massage aaya aur vo bol rhe hai ki aapke khilaf complain hai aur ligal notic bhi ab me kya kru mughe kuch sangh nhi aa rha hai aur bol rhe the ki aake yanha police station me bola jayega fir aapko aapne vakil ke saath Gujarat aana padega
