TV Model: UA40HU7000RMXL; VERSION: TS01, S/N:0A0D3ZEF600973K.
A Complaint registered on 26th May 2019, inspected by service engineer on 28th May 2019 and Power Card PCB changed on 31st May 2019. Paid ₹ 7082/-.
On 20th June 2019, observed leakage current on body of TV, HDMI & AV ports.
This is VERY UNSAFE, ESPECIALLY AT HOME.
TV disconnected from Power source and waiting for solution.
Registered new Complaint 428507846 on 20th June 2019.
NUMEROUS REMINDERS SENT ON WEBSITE AND CALL CENTRE. 4 EMAILS SENT TO CEO OF SAMSUNG.
NO SOLUTION IS FORTHWITH FROM SAMSUNG.
Obviously, we cannot watch TV for almost a month.
