In month of october 2022 i got cashback of rs. 100. After that i paid a vodafone of rs. 600 amd cleared remaining rs. 500 on 28th october 2022. Even when i paid before the bill got generated they charged me with rs. 250. and not giving an explanation why i was charged. no email reply came from their customer support and not even from nodal officer. all my payment screenshot i am uploading.

I am facing the same issue with lazypay. They are giving different statements about 250 rs but they are not able to tell me that how 250 rs has been charged even there is no transaction mentioned in my statement. They are doing fraud.
