I have raised Issue on 14th April by mailing to Lazypay’s Wecare mail. And i have also texted them many times on twitter, each day their representative calls me and tell me the same procedure instead of giving or coming up with actual solutions. I repeatedly mailed them that i’m unable to make repayments due to App is not working, it gives the error, “Something went wrong”. Even on their website i tried to make payment it failed. I raised then they was like use mobile data nd all, i told them Even on Wifi and mobile data nothings working. I’m getting threatened by them, they send text that says they will take legal action against me and aslo my credit scores are getting worse because of their app issue.
