LazyPay deducted money 3 times for transaction that never happened

Text of Complaint by Supriya Londhe:

Hi I placed an order on Dunzo on May 12th 2022 at 1:38am. I tried to do my transaction first from LazyPay and it failed so I went ahead and did it via google pay and it was successful. But later I opened lazy pay and they have deducted the amount for the same order 3 times and the transaction did not even happen through them. I have spoken to both Dunzo and Lazy Pay. Lazy Pay says the transaction was successful and Dunzo says they didn’t receive any extra amount only once they received from Google Pay. And non of them are refunding the amount and I Have to still pay for the extra amount deducted. Dunzo has confirmed it has not received any payment from LazyPay and the amount they received from that order is from UPI method Google Pay
