I want to do complaint against Amazon regarding day cream which I have purchased form the amazon. i am getting skin problem with that cream and when i called to amazon customer care they are unable to give solutions for the same. They are saying please contact to the seller. If i have purchased from amazon and he is the mediator for customer and seller than he should solve the issues .. I don’t have number of seller then why they are not solving my issues.
