I have placed 2 orders on flipkart:
1-May: OD427981460669850100 worth Rs.74973/- (WHP Jewellers 12g gold coin)
7-May: OD428003711248521100 worth Rs. 69555/- (WHP jewellers 11g gold coin)
Both these orders got auto-cancelled by seller. To this date, despite repeated follow-ups and escalations, I have not received my refund. Customer Care keep postponing the resolution date. Is it a new scam started by flipkart?
Why customer should even raise a complaint to get refund? Is it something that should happen seamlessly? Even after escalation, issue is not getting
resolved. This is such a shame on flipkart. Is the company worth running at all if it cannot do this simple thing? The whole customer care division doesn’t have any clue on what is happening. They are completely brainless people wasting customer’s time and keep postponing the resoluton date.
Really wondering whether flipkart has started a new scam to loot customer’s money by auto-cancelling the orders and not refunding the money deliberately in the name of technical issues.
