28th september, a replacement order was placed of a mixer grinder which itself was delivered broken. It was picked up the very next day.Weeks passed, still it seems that the product has not yet been received by them as the delivery date status is still pending. Original product was delivered within 5-6 days, but as the amount has already been paid they feel it to be a lazy work to deal with. Hope to receive the order in another few weeks.
