Hello sir , order number OD125368743522584000
I had ordered a extra soft sleeper , when i got it it was so hard like a stone
Then i Put order to refund.
But they didnt pickup product till next 10 days ,
Now.they said that product is used and dirty
How anyone an check sleepers without wear it .
And why company pickup boy not pickup on pickup date given by website.
Please sir resolve this problem.
