There is a late payment fee Ra.100 charged by Airtel ..I called to customer as due to poor network I am unable to do online payment at air tel ontime.she said after call u will the link ..in that link u have to check for waive off..I said due to poor network I am not able to open the link..and connect Ur senior person..she said I m all India head ..there is no senior person..I can’t do anything..just check with Ur call centre person..there is call made on 10th Dec no is 9513590609..now also I request someone to open their hotspot sothat I can do the complaint..now also Airtel net is not working…. negative attitude of call enter executive towards resolving issue
