Hi, for the bill generated for period 26-Nov to 25-Dec-2018, a late payment fee of Rs.100 is charged. The bill can be paid anytime before 14-Jan without late payment fees, but the current charge seems un-justifiable.
Please note, I’ve paid a late payment fee in last cycle as i did not make payment on time.
Please check and resolve the issue.
