I have been using the Gold and Platinum cards for quite some time now but due to me being hospitalised earlier i had missed a payment and the charges were reversed….Thank You for that !. I have a charge again on my card, just for a day late you have charged me 900 rupees. i called the customer service and this lady is bargaining with me like a roadside vendor saying i can either reverse the late fee or the finance charges, I tried to tell her its a human error and we are all humans, who make mistakes and need to request the reversal as its not fair to charge 900 for a day late. I have cancelled my card, i was going to pay the outstanding amounts and i will not pay a single rupee now and thrash american express on ever possible social media patern, will go to the visual media shortly and even after being a responsible customer this is now you treat people. Not paying a single penny, lets see what you do and how you make me pay this amount. i am sure i am going to make you pay more that i need to pay and its a fight that i want to take forward for this totally chapri bargaining customer service.
