Text of Complaint by Bavithra:

In amazon, placed a mobile order on 25th Aug 12.20am . And it was showing the delivery timin11g will be 3-7pm of 25th Aug. But till now(10:35pm) i didnt get the phone.
Called customer care for 3 times to know the status. And got the answer it will be delivered by 26th Aug. And one person were so rude and disconnected the call while talking.

Being a prime customer , was expecting the delivery in 1 day but that didnt happen. And did not get proper response from customer care. In the amazon order page, it is still showing order is on the way and delivey time is 8pm. As its a exchange order , reset everything by seeing the status in my old phone.

Want to register complaint against amazon and customer service executives for not updating the exact details.
