I ordered an item from Amazon on 19th Oct with the price of Rs.599and that was supposed to be delivered within 6 days. Now it is still showing that the order is preparing for dispatch. I complained to their customer service and they asked me to wait for 48 hours to get a resolution. So I waited for 48 hours and contacted them back today and I hear the same response(Asking me to wait for 3 days/48 hours) or cancel the order to order it again. But the order price is not the same(The current price is 849). Please help me to file a complaint against them as they are trying to ask me to cancel the order and purchase at a higher price. Note: The item price was 599 on a different e-commerce site on 19th Oct, I could have purchased it if not Amazon.
