I m paying every month bills on time since 18 month I got late only 2 days late but airtel charged me 120rs for 2 time, no grace period given to me.. I want to switch my number to other operator.. My number is 8437009845. And when I asked to customer care, she told me that u can take waiver once in 3 months but I did not get, when I tried to change operator. Kindly help to the case and allow to change my number.. Bank gives 4-5 Rs if I deposit 100 Rs for 1 year but airtel chages 110 Rs if we will do late payment only 1-2 days.. Is it right way to charge the money..
