I purchased home appliance from online shopping on 10th of October,2021 and the same order I have cancelled. Amount refunded by merchant on 25th of October, 2021. My card billing date is 23rd of month and payment date is 11th of next month. Since the whole amount refunded to my SBI Credit Card I did not pay any amount to SBI Credit Card. But still its charged late fees for the same.
