I have a series issue. I have called twice on customer care where people’ve said that they’re transferring my call to senior and hung up. I have recordings for the same. Disgusting kind of service. Issue still unresolved. Expect you to connect for resolution asap.
I have an automated payment and Airtel has changed the due date without consulting with me and is charging me late fee for that. Request you to waive it immediately.
