Text of Complaint by V Bharathi:

Dear Sir,

I have a Loan Account in Paytm Postpaid (Ac No. PYTMPPABFL676697225) and i have paid the Payment whatever i have used.

Actually I have used the amount of Rs. 3,433.02/- for October 2022 and my bill is generated on 01-11-2022 and the due date is 07-11-2022

I have tried to make payment of 07-11-2022 night unfortunately it’s not happened due to error in Paytm App and the same i have communicated with the Support team

Later i have made the payment of Rs. 3,433.02/- on 09-11-2022 (After 2 Days) due to this i have uninstalled the app and not used from 10-11-2022 but after 4 months i got a call

from Paytm Postpaid you have a due of Rs. 2500/- and i have got surprised and shocked and i have informed the scenarios what happened and asked for Help but i didn’t get.

Now because of that the only late fees charges are showing as Rs. 10,585.19/- and i am not able to pay that much amount because i am workless and i have not used any

amount. Request you to please check and help me to Waiver off the same
