Hello ,
I have already cleared my Paytm postpaid due amounting approx 19k back in March where they promised that 1700 late fee will get waived off and at the time of making payment they shared payment link without 1700. However now they are asking for 2600 as they have charged intrest on late fee .
Additionally they are harassing me by regular calls and wats app messages .Even I tried to explain the scenerio to tele executive but no response .
Please help me out .
