Hello Amazon,

Am Dinesh, I have been facing an issue with the delivery for a product that has been more than 20 days (June 20th) now since I placed, I still did not receive the product while the expected delivery date shows as July 6th, I did contact Amazon customer support but, to be honest, no one cares my concern, in return, they have been mentioning me to cancel my order so that they could initiate a refund or to wait for few more days for the product to get delivered, What? Why should I cancel my order when I have been waiting for last 20 days, the saddest part is the delivery status as below :

The delivery status shows either Package Has left the courier facility or the Package arrived at the courier facility.

it is so sad that they can’t even properly track the package? may I know why is it circulating to and from around the city, if this is the case there could be a chance of having the product damaged as well, The customer support have mentioned that it is a different sellar product so they will not have relevant information regarding the product, so my question to Amazon is why do they collaborate with the seller products when they are helpless, I lost all the patience now, the agents in the chats have also assured me that the package will definitely get delivered by July 9th at least which i haven’t till now, if Amazon continues this kind of weird service towards their customers then its definitely not a good sign, I do not want to cancel nor am expecting any refund, I want my package to get delivery by tomorrow, am going to highlight this issue if there is no resolution within next 24 hours, Post later am no longer going to use Amazon services, gonna deactivate my Amazon account along with my Amazon credit card and also i do not suggest any one to use Amazon services instead to switch to other platforms, Hope the team will get back with a resolution asap, If still Amazon wants me to wait for few more days am sorry I can’t because this is seriously disguisting for me to either wait for my life time or approach to the team this way. Please show some concern towards your customers with proper resolution. Can’t request more than this………….
