I was promised that the order will be delivered by 11 am today. Delivery executive called me and asked for my location and later came to know that it can’t be delivered today. When I spoke to Srinivas from Amazon he told the delivery executive has denied to come to my location as it’s too long distance. Amazon is not reliable anymore and Aakash from escalation team told that order will be delivered by 9pm but denied to sent email communication. It’s totally unreliable now.
