Text of Complaint by Chetan Singh:

So I ordered two items from Amazon app on
24/09/2022 which were supposed to be delivered on 26/09/2022 but what went
wrong was that the delivery boy on 7:30 pm calls me for my package which
was supposed to be delivered on 6 pm on my official address and he stated
that he has got the package just now from the logistics to deliver and
Bikram one of your customer executive told that it will be delivered on
next business day and asked me to cancel the order Another day i didn’t
even got a call from delivery boy till 8:50 pm and when called him on 8:51
pm he stated that the product could not be delivered today also because the
package was not with him.
And that’s not the end when contacted the customer executive Anjali gave me
another date of 01/10/2022 while saurabh stated that action will be taken
on logistics for this issue and refused when I took the confirmation and
stated that product is not delivered because it was not even reached the
delivery station which was a very different statement given by the delivery
boy.
