- this is to inform that i had ordered a product from Amazon india on 13 th of nov 2020 which was supposed to get delivered within mentioned time but didn’t get delivered and so on many dates were crossed i had made several complaints in customer service but always they asked for 72 hours to respond and at last time i had contacted them they are asking me to cancel the product and ask for refund . but i don’t want any refund i want my product to get delivered. hope u look this matter and do needful
