Late delivery of my product and harassing customer

This feel pathetic after being the prime customer Amazon has done a fraud with me by harassing and false delivery attempts and not delivering the product

I had ordered Samsung Galaxy M34 5G on 15th of july attached is the bill

The delivery date was 20 july but i did not received any call in between 9 am to 10 pm and later agent called at 11pm which was not a appropriate time to deliver at any customer.he just gave a miss call once and and later after calling him he switched off his phone .

Attached is the delivery attempt feedback at 11pm as proof.

After that no delivery attempt on 21st i had called and later customer service agent said it cant be deliver on 21 need to reschedule it on 22nd july, after that again it was not delivered on 22nd july

So i had to call again on 23rd july and ask the status then they said it will be rescheduled and delivered on 24th .

Again my product was delivered on 24th july and later after calling on 25th july i was told it will be delivered today before 10 pm.

It tried connecting with delivery agent he disconnected my call
And later i was not contacted by delivery agent and no delivery was attempted , it shows me the status as product rejected by Me.

This is really a customer harassment and worst service .

I did not received any call as attempt to delivery .

This harassment needs to be addressed and compensated . Late delivery of product , pathetic service, wrong customer feedback even after not attempting the order.
