This is in regards to order number 252 that I placed on 12 Dec 2021 via Domino’s app. The branch is sector 29, Gurugram.
My order was covered under 30 minute delivery guarantee but it got late and took more than 1 hour to get delivered.
Upon calling the restaurant, the manager Sumit Kumar lied to me that it has been dispatched (I was keeping a track via the Domino’s app)
Now when I raised the issue with the Domino’s management team through the app, the restaurant is lying that they’ve made the refund but in reality they haven’t. Furthermore, the quality of the order was absolutely pathetic – it was not fresh and completely cold. Please issue a complaint against the manager – Sumit Kumar who was absolutely unprofessional and tried to dupe me as a customer. I would also request for a full refund of the order.
