A defective product was delivered and immediately after opening placed a request for replacement the amazon team raised a technician visit which didn’t happen for 2 days straight. Then after reaching to customer care they raised a replacement request which has to be delivered by 6th October and not happened they kept on telling different reasons whenever I reachout to the support team.
