I have ordered smartphone from Amazon, and I have paid Rs 175 extra for rush delivery.
Delivery time given by Amazon was 26 August from 4pm to 8pm.
But now it’s 10:45pm and I haven’t received by parcel yet.
Then I called to customer service they told me that parcel will be deliver on 27 August,so why should they take extra amount for today delivery.
