Me and My husband visited lenskart showroom Tirur on 3rd june at about 8.30pm. purchased one power glass and one powerless blue protection glass. My power for the lens was -3.25 for right eye and – 2.25 for left eye. They promised to deliver the product within 5 days. But today is 11th june and still we didnt get the product. Every time we call them they say you will get it tomorrow and they already dispatched it yesterday. But it has been many tomorrows and yesterday.
I dont know how a person with this much power survive for these days. My eyes are strained and tired. I hope you will take necessary action.
